We will use Skype. I review your health history, nutritional and exercise logs in advance. The conversation usually runs about an hour. Inspiration and how-to guaranteed.
I work exclusively with motivated people. This means if you are not really willing to follow through then I will not take you on. Our skype sessions are one-off think-tanking conversations for figuring out what ever blocks you have that keep you moving forward and strategies remove them, helping you reach your fitness goals quickly and efficiently. Custom Consult sessions are a face to face honest conversation packed with practicality.
I’m going to help you see what’s possible ... and laser in on the wisest course of action. You can expect better results and maximum return using motivation, safety and proper form. Our sessions could reveal an nagging muscle imbalance which has been holding you back, shed light on what you need to do to shift your diet, figure out exactly how to squeeze in exercise when you think there is not time. We may deepen your connection to your physicality or rev you up to take action.
Your Custom Consult Session Includes:
1. You will receive a food journal and a “sweat log” (a detailed exercise journal).
Additionally you will receive a detailed questionnaire which helps me understand your health history by examines your current lifestyle, habits, hobbies and activities form I will email it to you when you book your session. This brief Q&A is an immensely valuable process on it’s own, and it will inform our actual skype session.
2. Advance research and assessment.
I will review your nutritional log and you exercise journal in advance of our session.
3. A sixty-minute consulting session for you and your body.
4. A video of the recorded session emailed to you.
5. 5% of your fee donated to: The Trevor Project.
The Trevor Project is the leading national organization focused on crisis and suicide prevention efforts among lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender and questioning (LGBTQ) youth.
Booking your session
1. Email me a few lines about your work out program and where you might want to take it. If I feel that I can add value, then we schedule a skype session. I usually book three weeks in advance.
2. Sessions are $500* to be paid upon booking ... We'll email you a PayPal invoice.
3. Upon booking your Custom Consult package I’ll email you the Nutritional Journal and Sweat Log. I like to have these templates back at least two days before our session.
4. Then...We jam! We dream and scheme. We set you up to reach all the goals you have envisioned for your body.
5. The recording of the skype session will be emailed to you.
6. Then...you go forth and execute the plan getting the results you want, safely and efficiently.
