The first consultation is a simple session so we can meet in person, discuss your goals, review your health history, and do some basic assessments using your own body weight. Based on this information I will construct a program specially for you which will chart a steady progression towards your goals. Currently I work out of Body Builders Gym in Silver Lake, CA. You can come to me or if it is more convenient, I can come to you.

I offer anyone considering me for personal training a one-hour discounted consultation. During that time we’ll go through your health history, clarify your goals, and identify your first steps in achieving them. I’ll explain to you how I work with clients and my approach to training.
